Arte Agora: Art made, sold, or placed in the public way,
the new book by Daniel X. O'Neil that defines a
new genre of street art.
Â
Arte Agora is art that is made, sold, or placed in the public way.
It’s art made at the intersection of three separate disciplines— outsider art, commercial art, and street art. Arte Agora happens outside, in the marketplace, with human transaction and
constant renewal at the core.
Â
We'll have food, beverages, and enough books for everyone. Admission is free, books are $15. All artists whose worked is referenced in Arte Agora get a book free.
Â
Reading by the author with an introduction by Dan Sinker,
who wrote the foreword for the book.
Â
Anyone can come, but everyone has to RSVP
so we know how much food to get!
